Although being an all-round design firm in essence, Bizq has developed a specialty in small to medium series design & engineering.
When the intended production numbers don't exceed the hundreds to ten thousand, getting things right and cost-effective poses a genuine challenge for the designers and production facilities. Even more so when bearing in mind that these products are often complex and exist of several production techniques and possibly just as many production firms.
Examples of these projects are the Misty Blindmask and the Da Vinci Simulator Rig.Mass production on the other hand is not something Studio Bizq avoids. Several projects in consumer products and packaging have been completed or are under development. The part of Bizq ranging from styling only up until prototyping.
In both types of projects Bizq recognizes the key role it must play between the parties involved. During previous projects our pragmatic nature and ability to communicate with both CEO's and factory workers has proven to be advantageous for our clients.
Product styling (commonly referred to as “design”) is one of Bizq’s strong points.
